Holly Kinnamon
Founder
Holly is a recognized policy, legislative, and political strategist with nearly two decades of experience in Washington. Prior to founding HJK Strategies in 2006, she served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, led government relations at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), and served in the office of U.S. Senator John Glenn. She has held senior roles on multiple presidential campaigns at the national level — experience that sharpened the political instincts and nationwide network she now brings to bear for clients.
Over the course of her career, Holly has worked with a range of congressional committees, including the Armed Services, Intelligence, and Appropriations committees. She maintains deep relationships with governors, attorneys general, insurance commissioners, and state legislative leaders nationwide.
